Meet The Team

Having left Nottingham University Business School, Alex joined the Wates Group on a graduate programme. He moved to this estate agency business setting up a highly successful Land and New Homes department specialising in the disposal of development opportunities and the sale of new homes. Alex then took a more involved role in the development of the company progressing to Director level and on to Chief Executive. In this role he has executed a substantial change programme across the organisation optimising the structure, marketing and operational practices of the business creating an attractive, profitable and progressive company. He has a passion for the industry and sectors in which he works. Alex lives locally in Dulwich and is married with two young children. In his spare time he enjoys most sports particularly golf, tennis and cycling.

Stuart handles the day to day running of the Development Consultancy business across both the land and new homes departments. He manages key client accounts providing strategic advice at each stage of the development process, from site identification, feasibility and acquisition, planning and scheme optimisation, through to marketing strategy and sale. Stuart has worked in residential agency across London for over 12 years and has a proven track record for delivering exceptional results for his clients. Outside of work Stuart takes part in a variety of sports, including running, golf and in the winter months, skiing. At the weekend he also enjoys long dog walks in the countryside

Upon Graduating the University of Westminster with an Honours degree in Real Estate, Jack joined as a graduate. Day to day responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, and acquiring/disposing of both on and off market opportunities and advising clients on these opportunities.  A key part of Jack’s role is building relationships to negotiate deals. Outside of the office Jack enjoys watching a variety of sports especially motorsport and boxing.

Nicole studied a Criminology degree at Roehampton University, and after her studies went straight into estate agency full time. She has worked in both lettings and sales divisions and is now a new homes specialist. A key part of Nicole’s role is to forge and maintain relationships with developers, in which she thrives. Nicole has lived in South London all her life, so knows the area better than most. In her spare time Nicole enjoys trying new restaurants, and loves a spa day.

Eliza has joined Pedder upon graduating from Newcastle University with a first-class degree in Human Geography. Eliza handles the administrative side of the New Homes team as well as identifying, sourcing and the procurement of New Home and Land sites in Southeast London. Outside of the office Eliza enjoys cycling during the summer and skiing during the winter months.

Phoebe studied at Cardiff University where she obtained her Maths degree. She was recruited by Elysian Finance through the Graduate Program in 2018, within 3 months became fully CeMAP qualified and within 6 months of joining achieved her Competent Adviser Status. Within the team, she is our New Homes mortgage specialist. Away from the office, her favourite activities are karaoke and going to concerts.
